Registration and Payment
Please visit our web site at www.lascauxacademy.com to browse, select, register, and pay for classes and camps. You are officially enrolled in our class or camp once payment is made. (If you do not already have an account with ActivityHero, you will be instructed to sign up for one. You will need this account in order to register for classes and camps from our web site.)
The number of spots in our classes and camps is limited, and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, if you would like to enroll in a class or camp, then please register and pay at www.lascauxacademy.com at your earliest convenience. After you register and make payment, you will receive a confirmation email from ActivityHero. Please keep this email as proof of your payment.
Makeups and Cancellations
Year-round classes are sold by the session, and payment is due by the first class of the session. A session can range anywhere from one to two months, depending on the class. Generally speaking, our classes are one or two hours long, meet once per week, and payment must be made online from our web site using your ActivityHero account at least 24 hours before the first class of the session. We do not accept cash or checks. The number of weeks will vary for each session and so will the number of classes. Our class fees are as follows:
Preschool classes: $30/hour
All other classes (except private): $25/hour
There are no makeups or cancellations. However, if you will be absent for any of the classes in the session, please let us know before you register so that we can prorate the fee for you. After you register, there will be no prorating, makeups, or refunds for missed classes.
Our camps are sold by the week or partial week (Mon - Fri) for either full-day (AM & PM) or half-day (AM or PM) sessions. The cost of the full day session is $490 and the cost of the half-day session is $245. There are no makeups. Camps may only be cancelled with three weeks prior notice to the first day of the camp you would like to cancel.
We accept most forms of credit card, check, and cash, except for online registrations, which must be made from our web site using your ActivityHero account. We also offer our auto-payment service to make the year-round class registration process more convenient for you. If you would like to enroll in our auto-payment service, please let us know. Finally, please be sure that the names, profiles, and related forms for the children or adults you would like to register are updated and complete in your ActivityHero account. This will help ensure that your child or adult student will get the most out of his or her experience at our academy or that we can reach you in case of emergency.
Any artwork that is left at the school and not claimed within 30 days shall become the property of Lascaux Academy. After 30 days, Lascaux Academy may decide to keep the artwork to use as a demo or visual aid during class instruction or discard it.
By enrolling and participating in our classes, camps, workshops, or other activities, our customers acknowledge that these activities involve a certain amount of risk for injury, staining of clothes, and other risks. Customers also agree to release and hold harmless Lascaux Academy, its instructors, contractors, owners, employees, and other staff from any liability which may arise as a result of participation in these activities. Further, our customers also provide Lascaux Academy permission to use photos and images of our customers and their artwork for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, on our website, teaching materials, brochures, flyers, and other marketing material.
