We believe in giving kids the oportunity to be kids. We provide an open and safe environment for our students to be themselves, and express themselves with art, crafts, technology, dance, music, or any other creative medium we are able to offer at our facility.
We have one simple rule: laugh and have fun, while respecting your classmates, your teachers, and your classrooms. In order to have fun, we give our students the freedom to imagine and create. And we believe that the fewer rules we have, the more they are able to do this. In fact, we take the following quote from Albert Einstein to heart:
Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.
This means our students think out of the box and are as creative as they choose to be. Given creative freedom, they often surprise and teach our staff something new! Our teachers genuinely love teaching, and so they guide their students and give them the skills, techniques, and encouragement they need to explore the full depths of their imaginations and have fun.
The same holds true for our adult students (since they were kids once).
