Seasonal Art Camps

Please click on the REGISTER button at the bottom of the page to register for a camp. But first, please be sure to read through the following important points. This will ensure your camp experience is a smooth one.

  • When you register, you will be taken to ActivityHero's website, where you will be asked to create a user account (if you do not already have one).

  • Depending on the camp, we have a minimum camp size requirement, usually 2 students. In the event we do not meet this requirement, your camp may be merged with another camp or cancelled altogether. We will do our best to give you atleast one week prior notice if there is a change to your camp. If you would like a longer notice, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

  • We offer morning sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and afternoon sessions from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.

    • Each session costs $245. A full day (two sessions) costs $490.*See note below.

    • Students who sign up for a full day of camp will have a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. Please pack a lunch and snacks from home.

  • You may also register for daily or weekly extended care for $16/hour. If you are unsure of how many morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) hours you need for the week, you are also welcome to pay upon arrival at the school.

    • AM care is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

    • PM care is from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    • Lunch break is not part of extended care and is included in the cost of the full day camp.

  • Extended care policy

    • If you signed up for AM or PM care, please bring a book, game, or project from home to keep your children occupied while they wait for class to begin or wait to be picked up.

    • We have a collection of books, board games, and card games that are available for use as well.

    • Students are also welcome to doodle, draw, or use simple coloring supplies during their wait. No formal art instruction will be provided during extended care.

  • Snacks policy

    • We give children a snack break halfway through their session. Please pack one snack per child per session.

    • If your children are staying for PM care, then please pack an additional snack in case they get hungry.

  • Allergies policy

    • If your children have any severe allergies to food, liquids, or anything else, then please let us know.

  • Satisfaction policy

    • We want our students to enjoy their experience here; please take the time to explain to your child which camp he or she is enrolled in.

    • If, for any reason, your child is not happy with his or her camp after the first or second day, then please let us know. We will work with the instructor to either remedy the situation or, if necessary, find another camp or teacher that your child will enjoy.

  • Cancellation policy

    • Customers who cancel camps with three weeks prior notice to the first day of the camp they would like to cancel are eligible for a full discount minus the processing fee.

*Note:

KTK Camps: We believe that sometimes kids make the best teachers, so our "Kids Teaching Kids" (KTK) camps are designed for teachers under the age of 18 to teach others kids. These camps are discounted at $180 per session.
