Painting party Paint with creative and fun images on professional canvas by acrylic paints. You take home their masterpieces! (Canvas has wooden frame on the back. They can be hung up on walls without getting framed!) 2 hours (for age 4 through 5) $250 for minimum of 10 children (and about 5 to 8 non-participating adults), and $12.5 for every additional child and participating adult. (Adults are welcome to help kids with painting on the same canvas. Additional canvas and be purchased separately.) 3 hours (for age 6 and up) $360 for minimum of 10 children (and about 5 non-participating adults), and $16.5 for every additional child and participating adult. (Adults are welcome to help kids with painting on the same canvas. Additional canvas and be purchased separately.) * Coverage Fees include one canvas and painting supplies for one painting per participating person. Additional canvas and painting supplies can be purchased separately ($15 - $25 per person, pending on the project). |
Build up adorable clay sculpture (such as jeweleries, cute animals, yummy food, plants, stationary or utensils) by polymer clay! You get to take home the clay sculpture on the same day! 3 hours (for age 7 and up) $390 for minimum of 10 children (and 4 non-participating adults), and $19 for every additional child. * Fees include clay and painting supplies for one project. Additional clay and painting supplies can be purchased separately ($15 - $25 per person, pending on the project). |
Food and utensils Please bring food, cakes, non-alcoholic beverages and disposable utensils. If you prefer us to order food and provide utensils, additional $100 fees plus cost of food apply. If there is any vegan, vegetarian and restaurants from which you would like us to order food, please email us the list.
Extra time When the party exceeds 3 hours, guests can continue using the facility at rates below:
Below 10 participating persons: $60 per hour
11 to 20 participating persons: $100 per hour
21 to 35 participating persons: $150 per hour
* Any additional participating child or adult that show up three-hour after the party starts will be charged $12 per person.
Preparation Parents can show up 15 minutes in advance to get prepared. If guests stay longer than paid hours, they can continue using the facility at additional fees listed above.
Party procedures
Two-hour party: first-hour art-making time; second hour: celebration and food (we start cleaning up art supplies around 30 minutes before party ends)
Three-hour party: first two hours art-making time; last hour celebration and food (we start cleaning up art supplies around 30 minutes before party ends)
Over than 3-hours: First three hours art-making time; last hour celebration and food (we start cleaning up art supplies around 45 minutes before party ends)
* Party procedure can be a bit flexible. We start cleaning up art supplies no later than 30 minutes before party ends.
Reservation
If you provide food and utensils: a $100 deposit is requested for reservation.
If we provide food and utensils: a $300 deposit is required for reservation.
Cancellation and refund The rest of fees is
due on the same day of the party. Cancellation 4 weeks in advance gets
70% refund. There's no refund after that. Please bring your food,
drink, utensils if you provide food. We clean the mess!
