COMICS    (M - F 9A - 12P, for age 5.5 - 15, hand drawn and digital) 


INSTRUCTOR Susan has been a well-loved instructor at our school for years. She designs lesson plans based on students' interests and skill levels. Susan will show students how to design cartoon / manga caricatures of Japanese, American and European styles. She will also show students how to tell their exciting stories by drawing step-by-step.

 

Hand drawn, hand painted and digital Students have the flexibility to use various professional art supplies for comics - including ink pens, Copic markers, watercolor, acrylics, watercolor pencils, soft pastels, watercolor crayons and more! Susan will teach how to use computer software to add visual effects when students are ready.  Enroll now before the popular comic camp gets filled up.

Create cartoon characters and explore a variety of media and papers to work on. Complete a final master piece on a canvas.
