It only takes two steps to make reservation:

Step 1) Please make payment   (reservation is based on payment received)

Step 2)  Please Fill out the Online Registration Form Below and click "OK" (in the end of the form) to send us the form (you don't need to print or fax the form; it'll send to our email).

Read the notes below before filling out the form 

1. Please use computers instead of mobile phones to fill out the online registration form; it might not go through on mobile phones. 

2. Parents and students over than 18 please fill out your name as shown on your credit cards. We match names on credit cards with names on the registration form for class reservation.

3. If you are registering more than one student for different programs / classes, you can fill out which class for which student on the additional message field on the bottom of the form.

4. In order to esure that the form will be sent successfully, please re-type your email address, and only use your mouse cursor to point to the next field (please do not use "tab" key to go to the next field; otherwise, the form might not go through successfully.

5. You do not need to print out the form or fax the form to us. Just click "OK" bottom on the button of the form when you are done. It'll tell you whether the form is sent to our email successfully, or there's any error.
