Registration Form and Payment Options
                        






Please read through policies listed under each program before you register. Returning students do not need to fill out registration form again. You just need to make payment and email us at lascauxacademy@gmail.com for class / camp / sessions you'd like to enroll (and any new contact information, if any). Thank you.

It only take two steps to register:
1) Reservation is based on payment received. Please make payment by  credit card or your Paypal accounts.

2) Please fill out the registration form below (click "Ok" in the end of the form). It will show you confirmation page or error message if any. By registering in any of our program, students and parents (or guardians) agree to abide to our policies (class policies / camp policies ).
