Scroll down to fill out the online registration form, or print out the  registration form, fill it out and mail it to: Lascaux Academy, PO Box 366, Belmont, CA 94002 (you can mail a check (payable to Lascaux Academy or scroll down to fill out the credit card form)

Note: If you are registering more than one student for different programs / classes, you can fill out which class for which student on the additional message field on the bottom of the form. In order to esure that the form will be sent successfully, please re-type your email address, and only use your mouse cursor to point to the next field (please do not use "tab" key to go to the next field; otherwise, the form might not go through successfully.)

            Make Payment by Checks or Credit Card (see below)          

Pay by checks or money orders (payable to Lascaux Academy). Please write down students' names and class or camp enrolled on the check. Remit the check or money order to Lascaux Academy   PO Box 366, Belmont, CA 94002, or

Pay by credit card (you can click here, or call 650-631-5888 to process your credit card by phone )

* Every new student in year-round class is required to leave a $100 financial deposit per student (by cash or checks). It'll be deducted for any unpaid tuition, bounced checks, late fee, late pick-up, or damaged supplies and equipment. Credit card will only be charged under the foregoing circumstances. The deposit (minus financial charge incurred by reasons above) will be returned when students withdraw.
